Jillian and Adam are such a sweet couple!!! It was truly a pleasure to be a part of their wedding day!

They were married at the Sheridan Wesleyan Church and their reception was held at the Palomino Ballroom.

Courtney and Nick were married at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Shelbyville, Indiana with a reception at Indiana Downs.

Kitty and Rick, I feel completely blessed to have been a part of your wedding day. Everything was perfect! They were married and Grace Community Church in Noblesville, Indiana with a reception at the Prairie View Golf Club.

Kristen and Gabe engagement session

This shoot was tricky to schedule. We started with Saturday night, it rained. We rescheduled for Sunday afternoon, it snowed. Really? Snow? This time of the year, what’s with that? So finally Monday night we got rolling. They were so sweet and happy it was a pleasure. The wedding will be in Texas and I am sure it will be beautiful.

Kristen just has such a contagious smile.

There is that smile again.

With slow shutter speeds you really get the feeling of movement.

I used my camera to create the blur, not photoshop. I did not use photoshop with any of the images from this shoot. I am all for using photoshop when you need to, but sometimes you can get the look you are after using the camera.

Anyone want a photographer in your armpit?I used slow shutter speeds often during this shoot. I just love motion blur.

Extreme Makeover Home Edition Indianapolis

I had such a great time shooting at the Extreme Makeover in Indianapolis. It was cold muddy and fabulous. The people there were so sweet and did not seem to care that it was chilly out. It was a wonderful experience and I recommend volunteering if you ever have a chance.

I picked a few of my faves from the past year. I really enjoyed photographing everyone last year.
I love my job.

I love when a bride (Christine) looks like she is in love.

When you are looking through these images you will notice quite a few back lit images. I just love the motion and the lighting in this one.

I love the color and the way the clouds frame the groom’s (Aaron’s) head

I just love the tenderness in this one.

The bride (Sarah) danced the night away.

The bride (Katie) had a really great laugh.

I just thought this was fun, the groom (Travis) waiting, on the phone and tossing a football.

The bride (Bonnie) gets a great hug from her mom.

I love the color in this one. The groomsmen were tying string on the inside of the car so the groom would not be able to open the door.

It was so obvious that Nick adored his new bride.

Merrin’s mom and sister lace the back of her wedding dress.

I love the way Merrin’s dad just looks so happy to have this moment with his little girl.
