I picked a few of my faves from the past year. I really enjoyed photographing everyone last year.
I love my job.

I love when a bride (Christine) looks like she is in love.

When you are looking through these images you will notice quite a few back lit images. I just love the motion and the lighting in this one.

I love the color and the way the clouds frame the groom’s (Aaron’s) head

I just love the tenderness in this one.

The bride (Sarah) danced the night away.

The bride (Katie) had a really great laugh.

I just thought this was fun, the groom (Travis) waiting, on the phone and tossing a football.

The bride (Bonnie) gets a great hug from her mom.

I love the color in this one. The groomsmen were tying string on the inside of the car so the groom would not be able to open the door.
Go Colts!

The girls are tying up the bustle for Liz.

I love Liz’s happy tears.

It was so obvious that Nick adored his new bride.

Merrin’s mom and sister lace the back of her wedding dress.

These are two of my favorite back lit images.

I love the way Merrin’s dad just looks so happy to have this moment with his little girl.

The bride (Megan) just had the best laugh.

Megan was checking out the cocktail hour down below.

I am so glad I met Christine and Brett. Their day was just so sweet and tender. It was a privilege to be a part of it.
Christine loves black and white images. She wanted to have a lot of black and white images. She came to the right place for that. I started photography shooting a lot of black and white film so I always love the chance to go back to it. I love that with digital I do not need to bring along a ton of different types of film to get the same look I did back then. Photography has come a long way in the last 2 decades.
The wedding and reception were held at the Montage in Indianapolis. It was all beautiful.
I am starting with some details.

If you are in need of some bling, go to Hofmeister. They can hook you up.

Ani is just so beautiful. I love the way her eyes sparkle.

The programs were so elegant on the chairs. (I helped tie the bows earlier in the day so they would be finished in time.
It was fun and I was glad to help.)

I can see the tears welling in Christine’s eyes already.

Casey was shooting with me and he got some great shots. This is one of them.

I told you they were sweet.

Here is the cake.
